Having had the privilege of working for Slovak, Czech, German, British and American companies, I have become familiar with their corporate cultures and management styles. Many of these companies are listed on international stock exchanges, which brought specific requirements for transparency and comprehensiveness of the communications I managed. Working in these companies taught me the importance of sustainability and the irreplaceable role of diversity and inclusion in shaping modern corporate cultures.
